Shipping
We are offering two ways of shipping for you refference:
- we deliver all orders in Lithuania at a lowest cost depending upon your ordered quantity.
- we can deliver your order directly to your destination adress outside Lithuania. Then we shall add shipping cost to invoice.
- you can arrange transport by yourself. You should inform us date of arriving three days before loading, in order to prepare your order.
Delivery time
We deliver orders through Lithuania by one working day, if order was submitted till 2p.m., and by two working days if submitted later.
We deliver your order outside Lithuania in three working days after receiving your order and payment if not agreed another mode of payment. You can ask later delivery time of course, if needed, but not later than two weeks.
We are hardly working to deliver orders more faster in the future.
In cases then products are damaged while transporting, we are ready to change it into required quality, or if not having them in stock, will bring back products at no cost and offer you another product.
Please use following rule while receiving orders:
If some damage has been noticed, please inform logistic company in a place, and submit reclamation. Next, please inform us 4RATIS E-xite. If you will decide to bring damaged products back, please inform us by e-mail or telephone.
